Aegiq is leading the SuperSoC project as part of the UK–Netherlands Quantum Innovation Pilot, in collaboration with Single Quantum, Fraunhofer UK and with support from MicroAlign.
The project focuses on developing a compact, highly efficient photonic chip for generating and detecting quantum signals. This is a key step towards scalable quantum networks and distributed computing.
SuperSoC was announced as part of the first NL-UK TechBridge Call, created to strengthen collaboration between the Netherlands and the UK by supporting joint R&D projects focused on advancing practical quantum technologies.
